Bilibili Hk960m X.d. Network Chinese Taptap

Bilibili invests around HK960M in X.D. Network, which runs Chinese game distribution platform TapTap. If you don’t know then as per the latest sources it has been speculated that the mobile games accounted for 40% of Bilibili’s 2020 revenues.

And it has been also revealed that the acquisition of 22,660,000 shares of X.D.’s common stock at an average price of HK$42.38 per share will provide Bilibili with a 4.72% ownership in the company.

At present the stock price of X.D. has been dropped to HK$27 (~37% down) since the investment has been made, but expert says it will recover soon.
